A student may request an official academic record to be sent to a second party(s) by signing this release form, and by providing a complete mailing address for the second party(s). Official academic records ordinarily are not released directly to law students. If the academic record is to be included with other materials the student is sending to a second party, it will be placed in a sealed envelope with the understanding that if the envelope is opened, it automatically becomes an unofficial academic record.
