Emily White Hat Receives Foundation Scholarship

Emily White Hat won a one-semester scholarship from the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. The goals of the foundation are to foster and encourage the study of the law and applicable regulations relating to oil and gas, mining, water, public land management, land use, conservation and environmental protection. White Hat pledged to pursue a career working on behalf of Indian tribes in the protection and management of their natural resources and land tenure issues.
