Now that you've become familiar with us, we would like to extend a warm welcome to schedule a visit. Attend one of our regular open houses in the fall or schedule an individual visit. Meet our professors and your future colleagues. Step into our clinic, where you'll see students hard at work serving real-world clients and sit in on a class. Lie on the earthen sculpture, Highground, where our commencement ceremony takes place every spring.
In order for us to tailor your visit to your own interests, we encourage you to schedule well ahead of when you would like to stop by. And make sure to include enough time to get acquainted with the friendly city of Albuquerque, experience some of our wonderful restaurants and go for a hike in the nearby Sandia Mountains.
We host several open house sessions during the fall semester. This is a great opportunity for you to connect with our students, faculty, staff and alumni, and learn more about our academic program. Tours, class visits and a variety of workshops and programs are offered in this one-day session.
Our fall open houses are over for 2011, but we encourage you to check back for the 2012 schedule.
If you are unable to attend one of our open houses, we invite you to schedule your own visit, which we can design just for you. In order for us to tailor your visit to your own interests, we encourage you to schedule well ahead of when you would like to stop by so that we can accommodate your request. The best times to come so that you can include sitting in on a first-year class, are September through November and February through April. For prospect applicants who are in the final stages of completing their law school applications, the Mexican American Law Students Association, (MALSA) is offering an Admissions Workshop on Friday, February 10, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at the UNM School of Law. This is a great opportunity to get your personal statement reviewed by a MALSA member, connect with UNM law students, and ask questions of the UNM School of Law Admissions and Financial Aid Office.
A light breakfast and coffee will be served.

Our Mexican American Law Student Association (MALSA) administers a no-cost practice LSAT examination every fall at locations across New Mexico. These practice examinations are available to anyone interested in applying to law school and learning more about the LSAT exam process. Check back next fall for details on the 2012 practice exam.
