From the Dean to Our Class Chairs
Thanks again for agreeing to serve as a chair of your Class Reunion Committee. Building on excellent progress last year, we hope to have especially wide participation this year. Reunions are important celebrations of our wonderful law school community. And they are also great fun! I look forward to seeing you there.
Making the Class Calls
Our hope is simple: That over the next couple of weeks, through your enthusiastic calls, you will be able to help turn out your classmates for our 2 days of reunion events. We hope to not only reconnect you with old friends, but are working harder than ever to provide you a worthwhile and dynamic class gatherings. Please do share our enthusiasm and excitement in your calls and email!
As planned by Class Committees
In addition to participating in your 2010 Class Reunion, we invite you to learn and stay informed about the 60 for 60 Project, celebrating in November the people, contributions and things that have shaped law in New Mexico since 1950. This is a special Reunion year, as in May of 1950, the University of New Mexico’s School of Law graduated its first class. To commemorate the 60th anniversary of this event, Dean Kevin Washburn is proud to announce the 60 for 60 book and a celebration to honor this legacy. Please click here for more information.
