About the Clinic

Clinic Staff

The Clinical Law Program is fully staffed with four highly qualified people. They work with the clinical law students on clinic computer applications and are available to answer procedural and administrative questions. The Clinic has a full time receptionist.

Receptionist

The receptionist handles the receptionist responsibilities, schedules appointments and provides referrals. She manages the calendar and docketing system. She processes incoming and outgoing mail.

Program Administrator

The program administrator is responsible for the daily administration of the Clinic, Clinical staff, and the clinical work study students. The program administrator manages the clinic lottery, practicing fees, travel vouchers, client trust accounts, purchase requisitions, and check requests.

Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant handles the receptionist responsibilities, schedules appointments and provides referrals. She manages the calendar and docketing system. She processes incoming and outgoing mail. The administrative assistant assists in training students on clinic procedures and law office management. She manages case files, stored file retrieval and maintains the clinic database. The administrative assistant also provides administrative support to students and to faculty teaching in the clinic.
