Grace Allison, a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School, is currently Qualified Tax Expert in the Business and Tax section of the Law School's Clinical Programs. Before relocating to Albuquerque, she was Senior Vice President and Tax Strategist for Northern Trust in Chicago. A tax lawyer with a strong interest in philanthropy, Grace has served on the Board of the Chicago Council on Planned Giving and also as a member of the Professional Advisors Committee of the Chicago Community Trust; she remains active in the Real Property and Probate Section of the American Bar Association, has authored numerous articles of interest to income and transfer tax practitioners, and is a frequent speaker at estate planning conferences.
