Mary Behm is a shareholder at Keleher & McLeod, where she represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including health law, products liability, personal injury, medical malpractice and bad faith cases.
She earned her J.D. in 1999 from the UNM School of Law. She has been an adjunct professor for the school's National Health Law moot court team for eight years (so far) and was a faculty member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, (NITA), Southwest Regional Program.
She has taught continuing education courses at several litigation seminars, including "Discovery and Litigation", "Discovery Issues in Litigation" and “Health Law in New Mexico: The Legal Implications of Health Care Delivery Systems and Managed Care, March 2004.” She is also a member of the education committee of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers association.
