Rita Siegel is an Albuquerque labor and employment attorney. She is an active arbitrator and mediator in labor/management, employment and commercial disputes for private corporations, municipalities and government entities. Siegel lectures frequently on employment/labor law and dispute resolution topics.
Siegel holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law, Class of 1989.
She is AV rated and a Board Recognized Specialist in Employment and Labor Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar Employment and Labor Law Section and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
