Justin Solimon is an associate with Wiggins, Williams & Wiggins, an AV-rated Albuquerque law firm that specializes in labor and employment law, business law, commercial transactions and Indian law.
He has practiced law since earning his J.D. in 2006 from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Prior to joining the Wiggins firm, he was an associate in the Nordhaus Law Firm, which specializes in Indian law.
Solimon earned a bachelor of arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs in 2002 from Occidental College, where he played football and met his wife, Lucy. At the UNM School of Law, he earned a certificate in Indian law. During law school, he served as managing editor of the Tribal Law Journal, which produced the New Mexico Tribal Court Handbook, and he served on the Board of the Native American Law Student Association for two years.
Prior to attending law school, Solimon taught government and communications at the Santa Fe Indian School to high school students.
His wife, Lucy, is a 2007 graduate of the UNM School of Law and is currently an attorney with the State of New Mexico Public Defender Department.
Solimon is a member of the Pueblo of Laguna Indian Tribe.
