David Stout was born and raised in Albuquerque and is a 1982 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law. He is a past president of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and has chaired its Continuing Legal Education committee for the past five years. Stout has lectured extensively on a range of topics including insurance, products liability, and damages. He spends his most productive time trying to bake the perfect cookie.
