Martina Kitzmueller (`06) joined the UNM School of Law in 2011 to teach DWI and Domestic Violence Prosecution in Practice. Previously, she was an assistant district attorney in the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office, where she most recently prosecuted violent crimes.Prior to her assignment to the Violent Crimes Division, Kitzmueller prosecuted DWI and domestic violence cases both on a misdemeanor level in Metropolitan Court and through the Felony DWI and Vehicular Homicides Division.
Prior to earning her J.D. from the UNM School of Law, Kitzmueller earned a Magister Juris from the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, Austria in 2002. She is a member of the New Mexico and New York Bars.
