Indian Law consists of many issues concerning Indian peoples and Indian culture, including the environment in which they live. Many subjects include: Land grants and contracts, differences in religious practices, laws that protect the disturbance of ancient tribal sites and areas, the blossoming interest in Gaming (casinos) and it’s legal aspects, in addition the laws in hunting and fishing that may be different from hunting and fishing on U.S. Federal lands, etc.
