2009 Symposium on Instream Flows in New Mexico

A symposium on instream flows in New Mexico, entitled, "The Legal, Political and Economic Challenges of Fish Protection in New Mexico", was held on May 4, 2009 at the Western Division of the American Fisheries Association in Albuquerque.
