This training seminar provides people who have taken Basic Mediation or have extensive mediation experience the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and to practice skills to improve mediator effectiveness. The training uses simulations, small group exercises and concept presentations based on realistic problems to provide an intensive, practice-oriented experience.
