Mark D. Bennett graduated from law school at the University of Texas School at Austin where he received graduate and post-doctoral clinical training in psychology. He has been a professional mediator for 20 years. His mediation experience involves handling commercial, employment, civil rights, organizational, health care, divorce, family, land use and public policy cases.

Mr. Bennett is an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law where he teaches courses in general and family mediation. He has introduced mediation skills to over 3,000 adults from a wide variety of professional backgrounds. He also teaches courses in workplace mediation and advanced mediation skills.

Mr. Bennett's skills training areas include decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and collaborative negotiation for federal, state and local governments, businesses, school districts, hospitals and health care organizations, and universities.
