Professor Reed Benson Testifies Before Congress

Professor Reed Benson, Keleher & McLeod Professor of Law and Chair, Natural Resources Committee, was invited by Congressman Tom McClintock, of the 4th District of California, and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Water and Power, to appear as a witness and provide testimony before Congress this month.  The subcommittee on Water and Power held an oversight hearing on “Federal Impediments to Water Rights, Job Creation and Recreation: A Local Perspective” on Thursday, April 25th, 2013 at 10a.m. (EST) in room 1334 of the Longworth House Office Building in Washington, D.C.
