From improvisation to karaoke, UNM law students showed they are not only smart, but also talented during the first-ever Women's Law Caucus Talent Show. Even a faculty member, associate dean and alum participated. The hour-long show featured singers, a violin player, a band, a comedy improv troupe and the WLC Board of Directors, who brought down the house with the final act, a karaoke version of "You Just Keep me Hangin' On", in the style of the Supremes.
At the SBA Auction, the Student Bar Association's premier fundraising event, which followed the talent show, the bidding was competitive, especially for a day at the Rio Grande Zoo with Professor Chris Fritz. Other items included Lobo football tickets, dinner with faculty members, lunch with judges on the New Mexico Court of Appeals and the chance to be "Dean for a Day."
