A noontime lecture by UNM Law Professor Chris Fritz welcomed students and faculty back to the UNM School of Law after the holiday break. Fritz spoke about his new book, AMERICAN SOVEREIGNS: THE PEOPLE AND AMERICA'S CONSTITUTIONAL TRADITION BEFORE THE CIVIL WAR, published last year by Cambridge University Press.
