Chris Fritz Writes About Constitution in Online Journal

Professor Chris Fritz has written an article titled, "America's Unknown Constitutional World", which was published online in "Common-place: The Interactive Journal of Early American Life."

The article is written for a general audience and contains themes from American Sovereigns: The People and America’s Constitutional Tradition Before the Civil War, Fritz's 2008 book in which he challenges traditional American constitutional history, theory and jurisprudence.
