The pros and cons of combined reporting were discussed at a November symposium sponsored by the Tax Law Club. The title of the program was, “Combined Reporting: Can This Idea Help Solve New Mexico’s Budget Shortfall?”
Panel members were: Professor Emeritus Robert Desiderio, Bruce Fort, counsel with the Multistate Tax Commission; Dick Minzner, a director in the Rodey Law Firm, State Rep. Peter Wirth (`90) and Richard Anklam, president and executive director of the New Mexico Tax Research Institute.
