The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Wednesday, June 22. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 10 a.m.
A three-judge panel will preside: Judge Michael D. Bustamante ('74), Judge Michael E. Vigil and Judge Timothy L. Garcia ('84)
Following are the details of the case:
Raymond L. Kysar, Patsy Sue Kysar and The Kysar Family Trust, Plaintiffs-Appellants, represented by Victor R.Marshall, Diane P. Donaghy
BPA America Production Company, f/k/a Amoco Production Company, Defendant-Appellee, represented by Bradford C. Berge, Jacqueline E. Davis
WILLIAM KARL JOHNSON and MARY M. JOHNSON, his wife, et al., Defendants, represented by James B. Collins
Plaintiffs-Appellants challenge the trial court's decision to rule previous judicial decisions as irrelevant, the exclusion of key evidence on the value of the property, and the inability to recover damages from trespass prior to filing their claim.
