The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 10:00 am.
A three-judge panel will preside: Chief Judge Celia Foy Castillo (’81), Judge Michael D. Bustamante (’74) and Judge Jonathan B. Sutin (`63).

Plaintiffs-Appellants claim that the trial court erred in finding that the defendant-appellee was not liable for accepting forged checks that drew on the plantiffs-appellants’ account.
