The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Wednesday, September 19, 2012. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 1:30 pm.
A three-judge panel will preside: Judge Jonathan B. Sutin (`63), Judge Roderick Kennedy and Judge Michael E. Vigil.

Chad Skowronski, Petitioner-Appellant, represented by Nancy L. Simmons

Appellant argues that the revocation of his teaching license was done in a way that violated the legal procedure required; the decision maker was not in a position to assess credibility of the charges and his due process rights were violated.
