Thomas Grover has recently completed his NMMA (New Mexico Mediation Association) Certification while still attending law school. It took Grover about a year to accrue over 100 hours of documented mediation work. Grover spent most of those hours at the Bernalillo Metropolitan Court, but also spent time at local advocacy groups where he mediated disputes between motorists/cyclists and employers/employees. Grover’s experience as an APD police sergeant, where he was part of the Crisis Intervention Team and a graduate of the FBI's crisis negotiation program, prepared him for the additional training required for the certification.
