Go to almost any legal website and you will find some link or reference to alternative dispute resolution groups/organizations. ADR is fast becoming a critical component of law practice. ADR involves much more than mere haggling over settlement amounts. Good mediation and arbitration requires refined communication and listening skills. These skills come only through training and practice. The ADR student organization is committed to assisting students acquire these crucial skills; learn more about the various forms of ADR and to gain experience with ADR disciplines. To that end we provide speakers in different areas of the law and embark on group projects.
