Events - Space Request Form/ List Event on Events Calendar

Please Note Revised Policy, effective August 1, 2012.

Law students, faculty and staff may use this form to reserve space for law school events.  Please reference policy details on the Intranet.

Members of the public may use this form to reserve space for an event at the law school. Please reference details of the policy dated 7/06/12 BEFORE COMPLETING RESERVATION REQUEST.


  • No more than one room per day per group may be reserved at a time;
  • A separate request form with accompanying $25 fee must be submitted for each event;
  • Room requests must be submitted a minimum of 5 business days prior to the requested date;
  • Room reservations may be made no more than two months in advance.
