Policy for Use of Rooms by Outside Groups

General Information

Law students, faculty and staff may use this form to reserve space for law school events. Please reference policy details on the Intranet.

Members of the public may use this form to reserve space for an event at the law school. Please reference details of the policy dated 7/06/12 BEFORE COMPLETING RESERVATION REQUEST.

NOTES:

  • No more than one room per day per group may be reserved at a time;
  • A separate request form with accompanying $25 fee must be submitted for each event;
  • Room requests must be submitted a minimum of 5 business days prior to the requested date;
  • Room reservations may be made no more than two months in advance.

Please note that entrance to the room will not be granted prior to the time indicated in your initial request and the room will need to be vacated at the time specified in your request.


If the event start or ends outside normal building hours your faculty sponsor must agree to be present for those hours in which the event takes place either before or after regular building hours.
