The Veteran Law Society is a service-based organization which seeks to foster connections and understanding between law school students and the larger veteran community of New Mexico. VLS works to provide military legal educational opportunities to both law school students and civilians in the community, with an emphasis on broadening understanding between civilians, veterans, and military members, as well as advocating for access to veteran benefits. VLS partners with other veteran organizations in order to better serve the community by providing legal resources, support, and education.
