Attendees of recorded live courses and programs agree that UNM may use their name, likeness, voice, image, or performance in the program without monetary consideration. Attendees release UNM and its collective licensees who show or distribute the program or portions thereof from any statutory or common law claims. UNM is the owner of all rights to its live and self-study CLE programs except for any rights reserved under pertinent presenter releases.
