Take metro line 9 to the Vicálvaro metro station. When you exit the station 1, you will immediately see the URJC. Enter the campus grounds and walk toward the green space (zona verde) 5. Turn right and walk through the green space then a small parking lot until you reach the Departamental building 2.

The university is located at the Vicálvaro metro stop on the southern portion of Line 9, seven stops from Retiro Park in central Madrid. - Madrid Commuter Train (Cercanías) Map
These trains are more comfortable than the metro, and they make few stops. There is a Vicálvaro stop on Lines C-2 and C-7. It is about a 15-minute walk from this stop to the university. For a much faster connection, take the metro from the Vicálvaro Cercanías stop (called Puerta de Argenda on the metro map) to the Vicálvaro metro stop. - Interactive Bus Map
This map lets you track the bus routes in Madrid. You will see that many bus lines, including buses that run all night, run from Vicálvaro into the heart of the city. The monthly metro pass covers all buses, in addition to the metro and Cercanías.
