Completed Applications

The names of applicants and applications submitted by applicants will not be released to the media or anyone until the date and time of the application deadline. After the application deadline, a press release will be issued listing the names of the candidates. Applications at this time will be considered public documents and available for anyone to see at the Judicial Selection Office.

Inquiry to Disciplinary Board and Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission

The names of all applicants are sent to the Disciplinary Board, and for those who served or currently serve as judges, to the Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission, asking if any of the applicants has been the subject of formal disciplinary proceedings. The Commission is not interested in complaints filed against applicants unless the complaints result in formal proceedings or informal admonitions. The responses from the Disciplinary Board and Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission will be shared with the Commission.
