Election Questions

Questions concerning the election of judges should be directed to the Bureau of Elections in the Office of the Secretary of State.

All Judges chosen by the Governor as a result of Judicial Selection must run for retention in the next general election.

Judicial Assignment Questions

Questions concerning the docket or division to which the new judge will be assigned should be directed to the Chief Judge of the applicable Court.
