The UNM School of Law is happy to provide our graduates and the greater legal community with free virtual fitness and health programming.
New programs will be added on a regular basis, so please check back for new content in the future.
UNM School of Law strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. Always check your surroundings before exercising. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
The UNM School of Law and staff are not licensed medical care providers, and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.
You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
