Native American Constitution and Law Digitization Project

Native American Constitution and Law Digitization Project is a cooperative project between the University of Oklahoma Law Center, National Indian Law Library and Native American tribes to provide online access to a variety of tribal and federal Indian law documents including treaties, tribal codes and constitutions and U.S. Supreme Court Indian case law summaries. It also includes tribal codes of the following nations:

  • Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma
  • Colville Confederated Tribe’s Code
  • Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde
  • Community of Oregon’s Resolution
  • Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewas’ Code
