Deadlines for the Application and the MPRE, and Corresponding Fees
Application
The filing deadline for the Application, along with a schedule of fees can be found at New Mexico Board of Bar Examiners. The filing date for the Application is not a post mark date - the Application must reach the New Mexico Board of Bar Examiners by the filing date. The Application filing fee must be a personal or business check, money order, or certified check payable to the New Mexico Board of Bar Examiners. The Board does not accept cash payments or credit card charges.
MPRE
The registration deadline and corresponding fees for the MPRE can be found in the MPRE Information booklet or online at MPRE. If the registration is mailed, all fees must be paid by business or personal check, cashier’s check, money order or certified check. If the registration is filed electronically, it must be paid with Master Card or VISA.
