July 2, 2024
The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law, previously known as the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, has proudly awarded scholarships to three exceptional School of Law students from the class of 2025. CK Ellwood, Aiden Kneller, and Vanessa Springer have been selected among 32 students through a rigorous selection process that saw over 100 applicants. Vanessa Springer, in particular, has also been honored with a Diversity Outreach Scholarship and the prestigious David P. Phillips Award, an accolade presented to one outstanding student annually.
Professor Reed Benson, the former Director of the School of Law Natural Resources and Environmental Law Program, expressed his delight by stating, “Top students from numerous institutions compete for these scholarships, and it is truly rewarding to see these three deserving Lobos being recognized by the Foundation.”
