2026 Dean’s Circle Reception

The Dean’s Circle recognizes alumni and friends who contribute $2,000 or more in a calendar year. Students and alumni within five years of graduation may join with a contribution of $500 or more per year. Lifetime membership is granted to donors who have cumulatively given $500,000 or more. These generous contributions support key priorities at the School of Law, including scholarships, facility improvements, and student activities.

School of Law Professor Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers

On April 3, 2026, the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL) announced that UNM School of Law Professor Cliff Villa had been elected as a fellow of this prestigious organization. This distinction recognizes prominent practitioners from private practice, academia, not-for-profit organizations, and government. Professor Villa was one of two professors of environmental law across the entire country included in the 2026 elected fellows.
